Marabu Chalky-Chic has been offering a comprehensive range since 2016. The new additions provide even more shabby fun. Larger pieces of furniture or basket materials can also now be given a trendy shabby or vintage look with the new Chalky-Chic spray paints and chalk paints in large containers.

New: Chalky Chic Spray – chalk paint at the press of a button!

The ultra-matt, velvety soft chalk paint can also be sprayed from now on. The advantages of a spray are clear. Above all, it saves time – a piece of furniture is transformed from a total wreck into a total sensation in just a few minutes! The uniform application of the spray ensures a consistent, non-porous layer of paint for a clean result on corners, edges and hard-to-reach areas. The highly opaque spray reduces the work required particularly on larger projects, uneven surfaces or fine struts. The sanding technique can still be used for a vintage look. Stencilling and delicate spray transitions become child’s play. 10 beautiful vintage colours are available in a 400 ml spray can. They are perfectly coordinated with the liquid paints in cans or tubes and can be combined harmoniously with each other. The new Chalky-Chic Matt Varnish gives added protection to the treasures you design. Varnishing is particularly recommended for outdoor items.

Restore, upcycle, restyle – beloved everyday objects made from wood, MDF, papier mâché, glass, metal, paper, ceramic, porcelain, clay, canvas or plastic are brought to life again with the ultra-matt, water-based Chalky-Chic paints. DIY enthusiasts also love to transform larger items and furniture into one-of-a-kind designs. The 5 most popular colours are therefore now also available in 1,500 ml large containers – the highly opaque and weather-resistant colours give the designed pieces a velvety soft finish and a fascinating used look.

New: Chalky-Chic Primer avoids the yellowish discolouration that occurs when applying light-coloured coats of paint to used or resin-secreting wooden items. The transparent primer in a 225 ml can is water-based and prevents the secretion of resins and other substances that may discolour the paint that is applied. So that your colours remain as gorgeous as you are!
