Tips and Tricks
- The Marabu Candle Pen paint application must dry for approx. 4-5 hours.
How it is done:
- Cover the work area and prepare materials. Clean candles if necessary. They should be clean, dry, and free of grease.
- Apply some Candle Pen color directly from the liner to a smooth surface (such as a plate). Take up the paint with the sponge and apply to the candle. Turn the candle so that all surfaces of the candle are covered. Allow the paint to dry. It is best to place the candle in a candlestick.
- Now apply the second color. At the point where the two colors meet, gently dab into the already dried paint to create a smooth color transition. Allow this coat to dry as well.
