Tips and Tricks

  • All Marabu KiDS Little Artist colors are mixable.

How it is done:

  • Cover the work area, get all materials ready and put on a painting smock if necessary. Paint a paper cup with Marabu KiDS Little Artist in light blue and allow to dry.
  • While the first paper cup is drying, paint the bottom third of the second paper cup with Marabu KiDS Little Artist in green. Paint several upward strokes. Like blades of grass growing upwards. Allow to dry well.
  • Cut out the dried green paper cup. Cut out the green surface of the paper cup in a zigzag shape. The paper cup should look like the grass on a soccer field.
  • Pour some Marabu KiDS craft glue into the green paper cup and glue the blue paper cup into the green paper cup.
  • Place the wooden ball on the handle of a paintbrush and prime with Marabu KiDS Little Artist in white. Allow to dry well.
  • After drying, paint the characteristic pentagons of a football with Marabu KiDS Little Artist in black. Let dry well again.
  • Finally, use a paper punch to make a hole in the top of the paper cup. Tie a long piece of string around the soccer ball and pull it through the hole in the paper cup. And start the game!
