Sewed Easter bunny bags with Marabu Decormatt
An unusual combination, but a very sweet result! Why not combine paper and a sewing machine to make pretty Easter bunny bags. A little colour and some delicious sweets and you’re ready to go!

Tips and Tricks
- If the paper curls a lot after painting, it can be carefully smoothed out with an iron. Please make sure that the paint has dried completely and preferably place a cloth or baking paper between the iron and the painted paper.
How it is done:
- Cover the work area well and prepare the working materials. First cut out two Easter bunnies of the same size from the wrapping paper.
- Use a pencil and a ruler to draw a striped pattern on the Easter bunny.
- Stir the paint well before painting. Then colour the stripes with the Decormatt. Then allow to dry well.
- In the next step, sew the two Easter bunnies together using a sewing machine or by hand with needle and thread. The lower area should be left open at first so that the Easter bunnies can be filled with sweets through this opening. Finally, sew the opening shut - and you're done. Happy Easter!
