How it is done:
- The barrette should be cleaned prior to painting for optimal paint adhesion.
- Test the Pearl Pen on a piece of paper first.
- Then use the Pearl Pen to apply small dots to the first area as desired. Allow to dry horizontally.
- When dry, decorate the other side of the clasp with dots. Allow to dry horizontally.
