Star gift tag with Marabu Green alkyd paint
Stars are a must at Christmas time. Whether as tags for Christmas presents or as Christmas tree decorations – you can make great sustainable stars from paper rolls and Marabu Green alkyd paint.

Scissors
Set square or ruler
Jute cord
Wooden beads
How it is done:
- The first step is to flatten the paper rolls slightly and cut them into strips about 2 cm wide.
- The strips are then pushed over each other slightly offset and fixed in place with Marabu Green glue.
- Once the glue has dried, use scissors to cut the prongs into the ends of the strips. Take care not to cut the prongs too sharp so that the strips are not cut.
- Now the stars can be colored with the Marabu Green paints.
- Once the paint has dried, thread a piece of jute cord through one of the star prongs, thread on a wooden bead and knot the ends of the jute cord.
