Tips and Tricks

  • If you spot a stain on your clothes, act fast! Wash it right away with soap and lukewarm water.

How it is done:

  • Make sure you've got all the right materials ready and that the work area is covered. Put the template under the mobile foil. Next, use Marabu KiDS Window Color contour paint in black to paint in the contours. Just to be sure, make sure all the contour lines are closed. Let the outline dry for about an hour.
  • Once everything is dry, you can start painting the contours of the candle with whatever colors you like. Next, paint up to the contour line with the colorful shades of Marabu KiDS Window Color and fill in the motif. To get the candle to flicker nicely, just mix two shades of paint together with a wooden stick and stir them around in the flame. Let the paint dry for about 24 hours.
  • Then just cut out the candles from the foil mobile. Ultimately, you'll end up with two candles that you can combine to make a 3D candle. Next, cut one candle from the top to the middle, and then cut the other matching candle from the bottom to the middle.
  • Then just insert both candles into each other and use a hot glue gun, for example, to attach a piece of twine for hanging. All done!
