Stencilling with Marabu Fashion Spray
What additional products, tools or materials do I need when stencilling with Marabu Fashion Spray?
For special stencilling effects, use the Marabu Silhouette stencil motifs. These are particularly robust, durable, easy to clean with water and reusable. The motifs can be mirrored and motif parts connected with bars can be cut out and used individually. The special effect of the Marabu Silhouette stencils is created by the colour omission! The background is designed around the motif so that after completion the uncoloured background shows the stencil motif like a silhouette. An amazing result with which enchanting designs can be realised. For particularly sharp contours, fix the stencil to the surface with Marabu Stencil Adhesive Spray. We also recommend covering the work area generously (e.g. with foil or newspaper). Of course, you can also use our other Marabu stencils.

You have two options for fixing: After drying (approx. 2 hours), fix either in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at 150 °C or with an iron at cotton temperature through a cloth (3 minutes per 30×30 cm). Always wash inside out (max. 40 °C and iron).

For a colour gradient, spray two Fashion Spray colours wet into each other. Depending on the spraying distance, you get a fine spray mist or an intensive colour application.
