Marabu Chalky-Chic Chalk spray paint

PREPARATION:
Cover up the area where you are spraying. It is advisable to spray outdoors, or in extremely well ventilated spaces. Ensure an optimum temperature of 15-25°C when spraying. Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove any rust from metals. On very dark surfaces we recommend spraying first with edelweiss.

1. Shake
Shake the can thoroughly for 2-3 minutes. You should clearly hear the mixing ball. Shake again after each break in spraying.

2. Spray
We recommend testing out the spray first on a piece of cardboard or newspaper. Maintain a spraying distance of 15-25 cm. Hold the spray can vertically and always begin by spraying the outside of the item.

3. Spray crosswise
Spray several thin layers crosswise, first vertically and then horizontally. Wait 2-3 minutes in between. Keep turning the item around.

4. After spraying
Turn the spray can upside down and spray until the valve is empty. This prevents the nozzle from clogging.

PROTECTION:
With transparent Chalky-Chic water-based matt varnish, the sprayed items gain additional protection without losing their velvety finish. It dries matt and transparent. In particular, we recommend additional varnishing of anything that will be used outdoors.
