Marabu DO IT is ready for the future

The DO IT Colorspray from Marabu has been a firm favourite in the hobby sector for over 40 years and is therefore a real classic. At last we're getting more of it! DO IT is now also available as Craft Paint and Craft Marker - offering the right colours for every indoor and outdoor project!

At 40 years old, the popular DO IT Colorspray is a real action hero! Marabu DO IT stands for great results with little effort and easy application. It impresses with products for creative people who want to realise DIY projects quickly and easily. We are building on this successful concept: With DO IT for spraying, the new acrylic paint and the new marker, the programme is now complete. Because, as always, all good things come in threes!

Spray, paint & decorate! Individually or in a mix, the three products offer a wide range of possibilities. The trio of spray paint, acrylic paint and marker is perfectly compatible. DO IT can be used to create decorative highlights, lovingly designed gifts or inspiring upcycling projects. An extra coat of paint for outdoor use is not necessary, as all colours are weatherproof.

"The DO IT concept is future-orientated," says Kirsten Rohde, Vice President Marketing at Marabu. "With trendy, fresh product and communication layouts, it appeals to young people and the young at heart who like to be creative. With the addition of two new products to DO IT, we are putting classic handicrafts on a new footing and picking up on current market trends. Paints that are suitable for both home decoration and outdoor use are in demand. Users don't want to think long about which techniques and products can be combined. With the weatherproof DO IT paints, they can work freely on the same project - whether with colour spray, acrylic paint or markers. And of course it has to be quick and uncomplicated so that ideas can be realised spontaneously."

The new Marabu DO IT Craft Paint

The water-based DIY/hobby acrylic paint impresses with its versatility. The semi-gloss, brilliant colour dries quickly and is opaque. It is weatherproof and lightfast on many surfaces such as wood, MDF, paper, cardboard, stone, metal, terracotta, polystyrene and much more.

The vegan paint is easy to paint, can be applied with a brush, sponge or paint roller and is ideal for small and large DIY projects. It can of course be combined with the DO IT sprays and the new craft markers. The colour shades are perfectly matched to the DO IT Satin Matt spray paints.

The new DO IT Craft Paint is available both individually and in assortments. The Craft Paint range offers 33 colours in the 36 ml tube and 12 colours in the 75 ml tube.

The individual paints are complemented by two assortments that get the colour fun started straight away. The small set offers six strong basic colours (tangerine, vermilion, mid-blue, mint, white, black) and the 12-piece set the large palette of brilliant colours (tangerine, orange, vermilion, pink, plum, mid-blue, mint, cocoa, white, black, silver, gold), each in a practical 36 ml tube.

The new Marabu DO IT Craft Marker

The versatile DIY and hobby acrylic pencils contain a water-based pigment ink. What makes them special: Thanks to the filter system, no lengthy activation is necessary. The pen is ready to use straight away - without any shaking or pumping. Take off the cap and get started! And yet the ink is surprisingly brilliant. The marker therefore fits in perfectly with the DO IT concept: spontaneous, simple, creative. As with the Colorspray and Craft Paint, the application of the Craft Marker is weatherproof on many surfaces (e.g. wood, paper, stone, terracotta). The high-quality tip is insensitive and robust. The pen is ideal for small DIY projects, for writing and decorating. Of course, it is perfect for combining with the DO IT Colorpray and the Craft Paint.

The Craft Markers are available in two assortments: The assortment of two offers the popular colours black and white for bold outlines and bright accents. The assortment of six provides colourful shades of yellow, orange, red, pink, blue and green. Colourful drawing fun is ensured!
