Beach towel in brush stroke design with Marabu Textil

Light beach towels are the ideal companion for a summer outing to the beach or lake or for a picnic. A distinctive beach towel can be designed by yourself with a few brush strokes and Marabu textile paint. Nothing stands in the way of summer fun!

light-coloured beach towel made of cotton (max. 20% synthetic fibre content)

empty glasses for mixing

wooden sticks

paper, foil

How it is done:

Wash, dry and iron the beach towel without fabric softener before printing. Prepare work materials and cover the work surface.
First, mix the desired shades in the jars. Stir carefully to obtain uniform shades.
The beach towel is then spread out on a surface (paper or plastic foil) and can now be embellished with a pattern of different coloured brush strokes as the mood takes you.
Once the paint is completely dry, it can be fixed in the oven at 150° C for 8 minutes for better adhesion. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for the beach towel. Otherwise, iron each painted area through a thin cloth for 3 minutes at cotton temperature.
